Larry, what the pictures will show is like Old noted in his reply with the addition of a couple of lengths of 3/4" all thread with hex nuts on each end between the two pieces so a hydraulic jack can be fitted between those two 1/2" steel pieces and the front of the crankshaft. Then use something between the front of the crankshaft (smaller then the hole in the pulley like a socket) and use the hydraulic jack to pull the pulley off the crankshaft. The piece that fits in behind the pulley requires the U cut slot as noted by Old so the applied force is against the pulley hub and not the pulley flanges as it will break if pulled on the flanges. To reinstall the pulley after replacing the front seal just heat it in an oven so it will expand slightly and it should slip back over the crank if done quickly. Keith's tool doesn't have any reinstallation features. Hope this helps, Hal.
