Anything can be fixed, the question is "is it worth fixing?" I'm guessing that it would be cheaper to find a usable block and rebuild OR find a good running engine. You are an adult so shop around and get an idea of what an engine will cost you add that to the price of the tractor and add 20%. Do you want to buy that tractor for that amount of money? What else could you buy for the same money?
