The B450 tractor was built by IH at Doncaster here in the UK from 1958 to 1970. It used a glowplug started indirect injection diesel engine of 264 cu in same size as a SM. 5 speed transmission with no TA or indipendent PTO option but fitted with a diff lock. Hydrulic lift unit mounted on top of the rear axle with cat 2 linkage and live pump on engine. They were build as a standard tractor and a Farmall rowcrop tractor. Done a lot of work on one of these tractors baling hay and straw with a UK built B55W wire tying baler. A good hard working tractor but not very handy for getting on and off. MJ
