BE CAREFUL I RECENTLY TRIED THE SAME SWAP. I TREID TO PUT A GAS MOTOR OUT OF A IH 105 COMBINE IN A 504 TRACTOR. IT WAS THE SAME STROKE BORE ETC. BUT THE CATCH IS THE MOTOR WAS CASTED DIFFERENT AT THE BELL HOUSING . BEFORE YOU BUY THIS MACHINE MEASURE THE BELL HOUSING BOLTS TO BE SURE OF A PERFECT SWAP GOOD LUCK . SORRY I DONT KNOW THE C.I.D. OF THESE TWO MOTORS YOU ARE IN QUESTION ABOUT
