How do you adjust the setting on a 706 TA dump valve? Asked a local dealer he said it takes special tools and his is long gone! Asked how to set up the clutch adjustment his anwser was much the same but was very confusing! Can any one explain in a simple, easy to understand way of making the needed adjustments? Thanks
