You will need to do a lot of work yourself along with re-hab . I got a large rubber-plastic ball at WallMart for 2.50 put it between my kneesto build up the muscles realy helped along with some wts around the ankle. Therapy people said i did good they are great but you need to do a lot yourself. I was walking a week later slow but i could walk without walker. Good luck and work hard speeds up recovery. Check with your ins co to see how long they pay for therapy so they dont cut you off from treatments. My ins co said they didnt care how long they just wanted me fixed and thanked me for bieng a customer.
