I think its a 574, if not its a 74 series tractor, It looks to be a diesel, but I cant see the engine real good, so if you see a carb on it, then you'll know your answer, its a gas. they are great little tractors for loader work, we had 3 574 diesels over the years. not running i would think about 2000 is all its worth. It also looks to be a utility model
