If not for the fuzzy picture this would be a cake walk. The model decal is clearly there on the side of the hood, and would appear to be readable.
$2000 is a steal in any condition. If it's a diesel it probably won't take much to get running besides checking the oil, putting in a new battery, and hitting the starter button.
