Stan - Given any choice, get the SMALLEST diameter pulley with the right groove width you can find. Reason is a tractor engine runs (and idles) a lot slower than a car engine. A smaller pulley spins the alternator faster, allowing it to charge at idle. Also causes the alternator to "turn on" at lower RPM at startup. Don't worry about overspeeding the alternator - will never happen on a governed tractor engine. Where'd you ever find a $350 Cub?!!!
