I found a horn still on a 560 last week and it was mounted dead center on either the

SUPPORT ASSEMBLY, hood grille housing

Product No: 369257R11

or the radiator baffle. 5/16" x 5/8" long hex-head bolt at the end of the L-bracket. I tried to peek in the 340 for a hole, but can't get a view with enough light to say for sure. My F460 is off the property.

The boneyard put it on a battery charger and after several attempts, it came to life a little and started to sound like a sick cow as 'the tractor vet' stated.

For $10 I took it and hope with making it moo more, it will come to life. Sitting out in the elements for ?? years with no cover...maybe?? I couldn't even remember if I had a tractor with a horn button at the time, but hated not to spend some $$ after driving hours. Also, I did find one, what I call shoulder bolt - 369 866 R1 needed to finish of the fastener list for my F460; which has a good horn.

Hhmmm, forgot about a leveling screw handle 523 861 R1. Oh well, another road trip, another cafe, more coffee and pie, another good bar burger. Ahhh, this parts scrounging is fun!!
