If it is in your hand, and or available to measure, it is easy. Place the rocker on a sheet of paper and mark a circle inside the shaft hole with a sharp pencil. Without moving it, look at the center of the wear at the tip where it touches the valve stem, and make a mark on the paper at that length. Now make a mark on the paper at the center of the pushrod pocket. Using a caliper (or if none available use a 64th inch marked ruler and change to decimal inches) measure the circle diameter and divide by two to find the radius. Measure from the circle edge to each mark, and write that down. Add the circle radius found above to each. These numbers should be written as a ratio. Like 1.215:1.76 This needs to be stated so the left side is pushrod to center and valve tip to center is on the right. Divide the number one (1) by the left number, and use that result to times the right number. 1/1.215*1.76=1.449 The ratio is 1:1.449. I hope this helps some. Jim
