Yes thats the main bolts to remove engine, also 2 dowel pins. Do you mean the t/a clutch carrier, part the t/a pressure plate bolts to is locked by something that came loose from the clutch assembly? t/a release bearing isn't supposed to push the t/a pressure plate fingers unless the t/a handle is pulled back or the clutch pedal is pushed all the way down. When in direct or high t/a the t/a clutch assembly along with the carrier all turns when the drive shaft from the clutch does. Unless you can see something that came loose in the t/a clutch compartment keeping the unit from turning the problem maybe something else. When the t/a handle is back the driveshaft from the main clutch just turns the input shaft of the t/a and the t/a clutch carrier sits still. T/A clutch parts can be replaced with the behind engine split. If the center housing needs out there is a 5/8 bolt inside the housing above the tee shaped plate on the bottom rear of housing.
