I have a local dealer that sells SKF, most of the CaseIH seals I have bought are Nationals. I usually cannot tell the difference. There is an occasional CaseIH National that is different, although the CaseIH number was used to cross to SKF. In that case the Nationals look better than SKF. The National CaseIH seals are usually 1/3 to twice the price of seals bought elsewhere. In what way are the Nationals "better"? I have never had either leak--but my tractors don't get used much. By the way the SKF seals are really Chicago Rawhide that SKF aquired quite a while back. I have always thought that Chicago Rawhide and National were equivalent.
