Amichael, I agree with the others the owner did you a big favor by not taking your offer. @ $7500 that tractor had better start and drive, while totally discounting the tires. It will be hard for a regular person without some specific equipment to get that tractor loaded. If someone hires it done that person will soon get more in it, that it is worth just to get it running. IF You are bent on owning this tractor........ Ask him to put Batts in it, & get it running First! IF... it runs and moves forward and reverse it can be loaded under its own power!!! then give his $7500 If you feel generous Pay for the batts in the final trade! (batts only) nothing else!
