it could be bad o rings in the check valve. go to the case i-h website, then select usa, then click on parts, then search for parts. enter super c. look for section 195-attachments fast hitch special. it will show the check valve blow up and related parts. get the o-rings from case i-h. i tried some off the self matching on my 240 utility and the o rings were not quite right. got the case i-h ones and the valve works good now.
