We had more snow yesterday and I had a chance to test it as you said. Putting the aux hydraulics on demand does indeed make the hitch raise immediately. In fact after doing that a few times, it seems the delay I was experiencing has decreased by at least half.
We had another 8-9” of white stuff overnight with more forecasted today and throughout the rest of the week so I’m not going to tear into it immediately.
I did do a search on the unloading valve you mentioned and did read somewhere that it was removable without removing the cylinder. So I assume I need to just remove it, clean it, inspect, replace the o-rings and reinstall. Is the valve obvious once the cover is removed?
