Thanks for the responses - regarding buying some cattle or sheep - that has crossed my mind - want to talk to the neighbor about some beef cattle arrangement and was looking at goats for 10 bucks a piece - cant beat their gas mileage! Reason I asked is was mowing the hillside, and the front of the tractor was sliding and I swear it appeared to float for a second, even though I was following about 10 feet above where the neighbor a week ago had run his 1066. After that went to go up another hill with the H following the 1066 path - did not like what I felt - figured time to get my butt out of there and off the tractor. If anything to see how bad I wrinkeld the tractor seat!! Good point about the holes, rocks and such - they are there along with a couple of 2 foot high earth retaining walls. Even more danger when going up to add to the angle - going down does appear it would be that bad - but I dont have a place to really get out except for one route. Probably will wait for the neighbor, with his experience and the 1066 with duals, wide front, and weights, he probably will cruise up and down them with no problem. Oh one thing I did not mention, it was not only the tilt and roll - where the front wheel was floating, about 15 feet way it gets real steep and drops about 40 feet. We could not back the 1066 up the slope one evening. Fellow I work with, he feels you can run the tractor till you feel it staight to tilt or you have the lean to keep it from tilting - dont want to be around when he running his. Dont want to be the one to call his wife. Thanks all, Jim Motto: Better a wrinkled tractor seat than a wrinkled hood and head.

When Push Comes to Shove - by Dave Patterson. When I was a “kid” (still am to a deree) about two I guess, my parents couldn’t find me one day. They were horrified (we lived by the railroad), my mother thought the worst: "He’s been run over by a train, he’s gone forever!" Where did they find me? Perched up on the seat of the tractor. I’d probably plowed about 3000 acres (in my head anyway) by the time they found me. This is where my love for tractors started and has only gotten worse in my tender 50 yrs on this “green planet”. I’m par
