Well, make sure there is fuel in the bowl of the carb when you first go to start it. The F-12 and F-14 are notorious for "boiling" the gasoline out of the carb bowl after shutdown. First start afterwards can be laborious. You might have a diffeent problem, but I know that mine takes awhile to get the fuel to the carb to start. Found if I sqirt a little gasoline into the carb when cold, she will fire right up.
