I hate to start an agrument, but I think the 16.9 x 34 replaced the 14 x34 and the 18.4 x 34 replaced the 15 x 34. Check your rims to see where the off sets are. Rim might be mounted backwards or the rims came off a different tractor that had 34 in rubber. With the proper rims both size of tires will fit and have good clearance between the tires and fenders I can't say for sure but I think some of the early 9's came with 32 in rubber and I think 32 in rubber was used on some of the industrial 9's.
