i would say if you get the actuator in position there and just visualize which way the band is squeezing the drum when the actuator is turning the correct position. it can only be correct with one actuator. took another look at that pic and now cant see a difference ??? should be able to tell from the shaft wear marks, as one is rusty and one is shiney.so look in the cover and tractor and see what matches to what.
