Yooper, I think some of these guys are getting the pictures confused, or maybe it's how this forum is displaying the comments, but to get to the point, that seat you have is exclusive to the mounting base it is on. It is a "one of a kind", and no one makes replacement seat pans to fit it. If you want it to be upholstered, you might be able to find a "slip-on" seat cover to fit it. Another option is to find a used, original pipe seat, or a used Monroe style seat which will offer a much improved ride and readily available brand new, upholstered seat pans.
