does that reg. have a tab to bend or is it adjusted with a screw? but anyhow you must have got it out of whack. it takes such a small movement to make a big difference and it is very touchy to adjust. is the wires all hooked up to gen.? also you can push the contacts together to see if it will charge cause you may be out of adjustment and they wont pull in. professor jim will likely be here soon.
