I recently bought a set of 496 disk. When you try to fold them back up only the left side will raise. It will attempt to lift the right side and if I physically pull up on the wing it will go on and raise. When you lower them it will raise right back up as long as you don't let it go all the way down. I speculate that one or both of the cylinders has an internal leak and is bypassing oil.
Also, what holds the pins in the pivot point where the wing wheels raise up and down. I can't seem to find and bolts that hold them in. Almost as if they are pressed in but I can't imagine that they're pressed in. I want to remove those pins so I build the pivot point back up and get the play out of it. Any input is appreciated
