Engine oil and sparkplugs......

There has been discussions of best oil and
plugs for our IH tractors. With the older
motors still running well, what is a good
brand spark plug for the Super A and Super C?
And LP gas 350? Also, what about engine
oil.....is there a good 30W to be used ?
I realize it is all opinion, but I would like
some reasons before changing mine.
