$1200 for a Stage 1 in good condition may be a little cheap. However you have admitted it needs an overhaul, that will cost about $1000 including parts and machine work if the buyer does it himself. All auctions are different. I sold an M for $1250 that looked no where near as good as your SH, and an H that looked much worse and needed about everything for $400 at an auction last Feb (SW Kansas). I expected the M to bring maybe $800-$1000, but two people wanted it. But based on appearance alone, if it was closer I would be tempted. On the downside, due to the engine it is about a $750 tractor.
