Opened the brakes on the tractor I am restoring and what a mess. The stud (item 31) in parts breakdown needs to be replaced along with the both links and springs and discs and?...My question is on the pin. Is this item threaded into the center disk and then a jam nut to ensure it doesn't back out? Thank you for any advice.
