Hi Ralph, I believe early B275's had an inline injection pump like B250 and later ones had CAV rotary pumps the same as B414D, 434, 444 and 384. Also I don't know if the fuel setting has to be changed for a CAV pump between B275 and B414 or if the fuel delivery is controlled by the injector tips. The B275 is a BD144, 144 Cu inch engine and B414D is a BD154 154 Cu inch engine, so if fuel is controlled by pump then without re-calibration the B275 will smoke a lot. Maybe MJ in UK or some other CAV pump expert will offer an opinion.
