Rick, Tractor data says she will weigh in the neighborhood of 6500 lbs, she scraps out at $600 + - Dollars, maybe somemore if the guy is willing to deal with parting it out! Running but definitely has an engine problem. IMO up to 15, $100 dollar bills waved under his nose!!! (start with 10 then 12 then 14 stops at 15) if he doesn't take it, Tell him when Pigs Fly!, and go look elsewhere! $2500 + $2500 Rebuild you are better off taking potluck on most any tractor listen in Tractor House! Unless you have a neighbor with agood engine, bad tranny 560 Dsl, that He will sell it to you for $1K I think i would proceed very cautiously. Hope this helps! Later. John A.
