Larry, the wiring on the 460 is so simple that it's a good one to learn on. Wires to the front of the tractor are
1. One to the coil from the ign terminal on the ign switch.
2. 2 to the alternator, one 10 ga for the primary and a 14 ga to the exciter (small 2nd wire in the picture). One to the amp meter and one to the run side of the ign switch.
3. 1 to the front lights if equiped from the light switch.
4. Almost forgot, one to the temp gauge is it's and electric gauge and one to the fuel sender on the tank. That one goes to the gauge.
I rewired a 560D for my BIL a few years ago. Took about 2 hours working without a diagram and him handing me stuff as I needed it.
