Complete or Working?

Could someone help me out with the classifications under the tractor values section? The variants of "Restored" need no explanation but articulating the difference between "Working" and "Complete" would be very helpful. The reason I ask is that I just found out that my wife's great-grandfather's H has been sitting in the tractor shed for over 10 years. It probably hasn't been started in as many years. I'd like to offer her grandparents a reasonable price for it. (I'm getting antsy just thinking about it again!) No clue what the year is or what all it has on it besides the fact that it has hydraulic arms(?) just in front and below the gas tank. Any references on the H's would be appreciated. Thanks
