the very first thing is to check the oil bath air cleaner for water in it. if below freezing you have ice in there and its blocking the air flow.i have seen and experienced this too. other than that there is a lot to go through. there is no carb adjustments, other than an air valve inside for the idle. and also need to determine if stopping is indead the gas or ignition. best to get a manual cause with all the adjustments a person could write a book.
