Interchangability of W-6 M Parts?

I know of a W-6 bought cheap for junk. The buyer's plan is to re-sell it to a crusher. I haven't seen it yet but I have been told it is missing sheetmetal and some parts. It does have its fenders. Are the hoods and grills of the W-6 and M the same? I am thinking of making an offer only if I beleive I can get replacement parts.
