What year and model?

My friend has a old farmall tractor, and I am trying to find some information about it for him.The serial numbers has four digits with the letters DE stamped behind it. The seat is on the far right, it has two gas tanks, I assume one is for gas and the other for kerosene. A pulley on the rear and tricycle front end. all sheat metal is perfect and motor not locked up. If any one has any info on what this is or worth, please reply.
