You will need a separate set of valves for the loader, and some means of dividing the flow (flow divider valve which will slow both systems down) or have a "pressure beyond" valve on the loader that feeds back to the tractor valves. If there is a tractor valve that allows "pressure beyond", that would work also, but I don't know if IH made allowances for that.
There is no way to split the flow off of the disconnects and use both without separate valves for the loader. You may be better off adding a pump and valves for the loader. The more stuff you try to run off one system, the more problems you will run into.
