Hi Garnet, Although you made it home without problems, I just seen a backhoe "break" off a pick-up because of NO trailer brakes and it wasn't His fault that he had to stop. Trailer ended up in the bar dicth thank GOD. I don't know how many were hurt as I got there afterwards. That is one of the worst conditions to pull is without trailer breaks. I assume you had your familiy with you also? Taking a very big risk for a $40 item!!!
