the frame is longer on an F-30, the clutchshaft and coupler are bigger than the F-20 also, the radiator is bigger on a 30 and fittings are different as the 30 uses a water pump instead of the thermosyphon, so no. With some work you could do it but not going to be a direct swap by any means.
