If you are going to remove all hydraulics, valves, lines, etc, I would pull the pump mounting plate off, remove pumps and put plate back on and plug the two outlets. Realize, the pinion bearing and brake shaft bearingss are lubricated with return oil from hydraulics. Won't bother for short term use.
