I'm not a farmall expert by a long shot but do have a little bit of an itch for them. Today I went to look at a tractor of a "different color" and came across a super M. I always thought super M's had the battery box under the seat but this one doesn't, is that correct? Like I said I'm no farmall expert. The tag does say SM. According to tractor data, it is a '52 louisville built tractor if I remember correct, serial number is 501300 something. Is the other style seat with the battery under the gas tank proper for this tractor? If the tractor checks out mechanically what is it worth? It looks to still have original paint, its not real pretty but straight as an arrow, not a ding or dent anywhere and has about 75% firestone tires on it. Thanks
