Original engine model would be D-248. Then you need to know if its 3-7/8 bore, or changed from a 3-7/8 inch bore to 4 inch pistons. Then you get into 2 different type sleeves. Need to see how much the sleeves protrude above the deck and shape on top. Not common to still have 3-7/8 pistons and sleeves.
Double check me on this because I never used these new gaskets.
If you have sleeve flanges that raise above the block a good bit. Head gasket 119166A1. For flanges even or just above, gasket 225604A1.
