I am familiar with pictures of a swinging drawbar that mounts under the tractor and rides from side to side on the fast hitch drawbar on a Farmall 300 but I have never had an IH 300U. If you want the drawbar to be completely independent of the fast hitch I do not know how that would be done on your tractor. I would take a look underneath and see what your options are. I would think you could fabricate something that would bolt to the bosses where the fast hitch mounts and use longer bolts to secure both, but it would be a pretty large project to get everything to line up. I am sorry not to be able to help. Zach
