It's a rare option, like it was for the Cub. Someone is making a reproduction tachometer for the Cub now, but it's only marked out for 3 gears.
I've seen reproduction tachometers for the 240, which would work for you, if all you need is the tachometer itself. They're pretty cheap too, like $60 last time I looked.
If you're trying to ADD a tachometer you're pretty much screwed unless you can find a complete one off a junked 140. I have no idea where you'd find one of those. They're not common so it's not like someone will always have one "in stock."
