The tires could be half the value of the tractor. Such a low option tractor has very limited practical uses, it might also be in better condition than most for the same reason. Your grandfather and father may have kept it because dealers would not offer much for it as a trade-in.
The tractor could have the most value to: family members for sentimental reasons; collectors for the unusually low options; and tractor pullers because of the condition and light weight (yes, I know that would be a sin).
Would any other decendents of your grandfather including cousins, nephews, and nieces appreciate having their grandfather's tractor? Consider passing it on to one of them at a low price ($500 to $750?) before advertising it to the public at a higher price ($900 to $1400 depending on the tires). Bring new and old pictures of the tractor to your next family reunion to see if anyone is interested in it.
