Sounds like it may have sucked too much gas into the engine and now you have a case of hydraulic lock. Take out the plugs again and see if it turns over. My Cub float valve leaks alittle so I have to turn the gas off when I shut it off, but it doesn't flood that bad. If the float valve is still leaking, and the tip is a steel one, you can take the float off and gently tap on the float needle with a light object like a screwdriver and it may seat better. Helped mine.Hope this helps.
