I just bought an "A" which was originally advertised as a Cub. The fun part is that I think I bought a half breed. The serial no. plate gives me a '41 "A" (FA A78477 - dated 7-18-K). However, the engine block gives me a '48 Super "A" (251068R1 - dated 11-24-R). How's that for mismatched numbers.
