to generator from VR. Armature to Gen terminal 10 gauge. From VR Bat terminal to Amp gauge 10 Gauge, from amp gauge to Starter Relay 10 gauge. From Battery to Ground 00gauge. From Battery to Starter relay 00Gauge. All others can be 12 gauge with no problems. Use colors that match the original. Use solder on terminals with shrink tube to make them last for 50 additional years. Jim
