Yes, you can put a 3 point hitch on it. I used to have one. I got mine from the IH dealer. That was before Case took over. It works OK, but is not as good as a tractor designed with the 3 point in mind. The top link attaches to the rock shaft cross bar. The top link is shorter than normal and as a result some equipment has some problems, although you can usually make it work. I never used anything that required the PTO, but I think the offset might be a problem with some things. Also the hitch attaches to the same location as the drawbar and thus you can't use the drawbar with it. You have to use a cross bar in the 3 point arms, but that works well for most things.
