It was no problem with horses, but you can't reach the lever from the tractor. Dunn peas might be called something else in the U.S.A.? They are an old variety of pea, often just called Field Peas here. They are OK for humans to eat, but generally used for stock. The hard soil is a serious issue here. The other problem we have to be very careful with is the salt table. Australia is sitting on millions and millions of tons salt. Where people have removed too many trees from higher ground the salt is washed down hill and totally ruins the paddocks where it ends up. Nothing grows in it except Buck's Horn Plantain, which is useless for anything.
