Anything could happen, But if he doesn't have a C or a N after the tractor or at least the engine serial number. Its going to be hard to prove it came LP. Unless he can account for the complete tractor history. Not saying he is wrong. Just that I wouldn't buy it as a genuine LP tractor without a letter C or N after the engine serial number or the tractor serial number. Because even if it came that way some would always doubt its original. I can see IH maybe not stamping a early 300. Unforgivens is late enough to be a fluke if not stamped at least on the engine. BJH does yours have a letter after the engine serial number? Is it LP now?
