You have got some pretty good ideas from the following people. Every one has there own way of storing tractors. All the ideas were very good,here are some prevetive actions I take for winter storage. CHECK THE FREEZE LEVEL OF THE ANTIFREEZE,CHANGE OIL+FILTER, DUCK TAPE THE EXHAUST PIPE, UNHOOK THE BATTERY, LEVEL OF GREASE IN THE REAR END TRANSMISSION,LEVEL OF GAS IN THE TANK. ADD SOME STABIL TO THE GAS. SOME GAS LINE ANTIFREZZE ISN'T A BAD IDEA. AND ONE MORE GOOD IDEA IS TO PARK THE TRACTOR UP ON SOME PLY WOOD TO HELP WITH DRY ROUGHT.Hope these ideas will keep the tractor in running shape for years to come. CHARLES
