I don't think that $5000 is very "Proud". The 400 was worth about $3000 and a trailer Electrall is worth about $2000. It's no big deal to find a trailer Electrall. Let me see you find a sidemount Electrall for sale when you want one. Some say that only 103 were sold. Quite a few were cannibalized to build homemade gensets.
There is a fellow in MN who has reproed several sidemount gearboxes. I believe one of them went to MO where the eBay 400/Electrall is/was located.
I haven't followed the status on that tractor since the failed auctions last fall or the sale of the gearbox but I know both parties. An email to either could bring me up to date.
